How to order

You can order by email, by post or by telephone. If you do order by phone we will ask for written confirmation of such either by post or email.

Payment terms

Unless you have an authorised account with us then we will require your first order to be paid in advance on a Pro-forma invoice either by cheque or credit card by Paypal. Full VAT invoices will be issued.

For orders over £1000 nett value WE WILL AGREE SPECIFIC TERMS WITH YOU - usually upon the basis of half the amount in advance and the balance just prior to delivery or COD.

For clients who have an account with us invoices will be sent at the end of the month in which the work was delivered and are 30 days nett from that time.
